Celo Accelerator Distribute $ 25,000 to New Projects

Celo is an open-source platform with its main goal to provide financial tools to any person who owns a mobile phone. Many analysts consider Celo as Libra’s main rival as in early March 2020 announced the “Alliance for Prosperity”, which includes companies that will use Celo as stablecoin.

Celo launches a competition to collect new ideas regarding its platform. The competition includes an 8-week virtual boot camp. The main focus will be on ideas and projects which will “create a new financial system that will offer prosperity to everyone”.

The prizes (total of $ 25,000) will be distributed according to the position; the first team will receive $ 10,000 and a flight to Celo’s offices, the second will receive $ 5,000 while 5 more teams will take $ 2,000. The deadline for submitting solutions is April 10.
