Will the Crypto Bubble Burst?

The news that a new LLM (Large Language Model) from China, DeepSeek, is now on the market and can compete with the already established ChatGPT, Gemini and CoPilot.

 

This showed that technology stocks can be downgraded from current valuations and the market indices plummeted even further.

 

Bitcoin and almost all cryptos were carried away by this move and thus, we saw Bitcoin test $102,000. This even gave the impetus to other analysts to predict an even bigger correction in cryptos, with Bitcoin falling even to $70,000.

 

Of course, all these are scenarios that may contradict predictions of other systemic banks that see Bitcoin at $200,000 and even $700,000 in the coming years.

 

It remains to be seen what the next year will bring and where the ball will land for its price…
