A Lot of Hacks for Crypto Exchanges
Many bubbles popped during the last week in the crypto sector. It wasn’t enough for Binance and its CEO’s resign but there were a lot of hacking incidents in crypto exchanges.
First of all, the crypto exchange ZIpmex halted its operations for clients in Thailand, after the local SEC’s decision to be able to compromise the exchange with the existing laws.
After that, the crypto exchange HTX (previously known as Huobi) announced that almost $30 million were lost from clients’ funds due to a hacking incident. The platform is currently working but the clients’ trust have been shaken for good now.
Last but not least, the crypto exchange KyberSwap announced that, after a similar hacking incident, more than $55 million were lost from the platform, driving the management to panic attacks who tried to overcome the hack, but without any success.
Those incidents show how important is to keep cryptos in safe ownings, like through Bitcoin ATMs…..
