Saudi Arabia Implements Blockchain as Part of Government

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reports that it will implement vertically a blockchain system in the entire government to exploit the transparent features in it.

For this reason, they have started to recruit new experts on the field of blockchain, that will be in charge to implement those new technologies in real life.

In parallel, there is need for cooperation with local universities for developing a knowledge framework but also starting research projects for promoting those kind of technologies.

Even if the final decisions have not been taken for implementing this strategy, the residents are ready to bring blockchain in their daily life, looking at the benefits for sending money abroad and the low cost for that.
