Institutional Investors in Germany Start Investing in Cryptos

The German Bundenstag, having voted the regulation in April 2021, will implement the new regulation in Fund Allocation from July 1st.

According to the new regulation, the institutional investors in Germany could invest up to 20 $ of their portfolios in cryptocurrencies, and especially in Bitcoin, which remains a favorite among institutional investors.

At this moment, there are around 4,000 institutional investors in Germany, with total assets under management at €2 trillion, giving out the possibility for over €400 million to be invested in cryptocurrencies, growing the market even more.

We can see that every day, the regulatory frameworks are getting easier for investments at cryptocurrencies and their adoption in different sectors like the investments.
