Ebay Allows NFTs Sales through its Platform

Ebay announced that it will allow NFTs sales through its platform. Of course, the sales and buys will be allowed to certain user categories while the digital artworks will become one of the core strategies for the company in the upcoming years.

The reality is that NFTs transactions are already taking place in the Ebay platform with indirect ways, either with hyperlinks in other platforms or with unique codes for access in them. The official move is expected to increase mobility in the platform and multiply the transaction volumes in it.

For the same reason, the company was examining the possibility to include Bitcoin as a medium of payment in the platform. We will wait and see how these moves will affect the trends in the NFT field.
