- BlackRock’s application for the first Bitcoin Spot ETF. The largest investment firm in the world has entered the crypto game and this fact gave a new breeze in the sector.
- The trial of Sam Bankman – Fried. FTX’s CEO has charged from the US courts with more than 100 years in jail for “investors’ fraud”, losing billions over his platform.
- The USA charged Binance and CZ. Binance was targeted from the US authorities for “untransparent practices” and shut down the US subsidiary, suing its CEO, Changpeng Zhao.
- The US SEC brings more challenges. Coinbase, Kraken and Binance had been through extensive audits from the US SEC for their operation, with the last one to pay the heaviest price.
