Kevin McCarthy was stepped out as the Speaker of the House of the Representatives for the first time in the US history and many waves are shaking the US politics scene and the cards are shuffled again between the Democrats and the Republicans.

The interesting part for the crypto world is the replacement of the Speaker, who is Patrick McHenry, who will be the temporary Speaker until the next voting round.

This representative has voted many times before in favor of crypto companies and he will play an important role in the next votings that will be around stablecoins which are based in the USA but also regarding the general regulatory framework for crypto exchanges in the country.

But, even if the law passes from the House of Representatives, it should be voted also from the Senate, which is a much harder job to achieve.
