Ripple Labs’ lawsuit against SEC could be considered as the most prominent legal victory in the crypto world right now.

Under this victory, cryptos can be evaluated as assets and not as financial products, meaning that SEC has no control over their audits.

What could happen from now on for Ripple ?

Many Ripple supporters believe that the damage has already been done for the coin as its reputation has been damaged forever and many crypto exchanges have halted Ripple trading, fearing further lawsuits.
