Revolut Closes Crypto Sales for US Customers
From September 2nd 2023 and on, Revolut will stop the crypto sales for the US customers while from October 3rd, the service will be deleted from the app.
It’s worth noted that Revolut don’t offer a service for buying directly cryptos but the right upon the price.
This move is a continuous force that happen in the US market regarding cryptos. The regulatory framework has become harsher and even unfriendly for companies that want to get active in the crypto sector.
As long as the USA are a large global market, their regulations will have instant impact in the crypto price formation.
As long as the weight goes towards Europe and Asia (even towards Africa), so harder it would be for regulators to affect the crypto price developments…..
