BlackRock Filed for Bitcoin ETF

The largest asset manager in the world, BlackRock, announced that filed an application for a Bitcoin ETF. The ETF (if approved) will enable investors to gain exposure in Bitcoin, avoiding the entire noise from the regulators.

BlackRock will use Coinbase Custody as the main contractor for this specific ETF, showing how their cooperation will continue.

This move shows how another change will take place in the crypto sector. The attack against pure crypto providers like Binance and Coinbase will shape the path for larger capitals of financial world to enter themselves as reliable crypto products providers.

Maybe we can see the crypto exchanges as simple crypto custodians that will be traded with larger brokerage firms for larger wallets. The smaller investors might look for something else.
