Costa Rica Next Country for Bitcoin ?

Costa Rica could be the next country that will recognize Bitcoin as legal tender and way of payment.

This time, the MP Johana Obando brought a bill in the Congress that will legalize Bitcoin and other cryptos use as a way of payment.

With this, Costa Rica will be the third country in the world with this status, after El Salvador and Central African Republic.

This draft bill has some severe differences with the previous countries as it gives priority to the partnership between the banking / financial system and the crypto world.

The percentage of banking inclusion in the country is at 82 % for the country and this step is expected to raise this percentage even more.
