Real Madrid and Barcelona in Metaverse

Metaverse is a new business dimension for every sector, whose objects can be dignified. Football could not be the exception in this case.

 

Two of the largest football clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona FC, started applications to receive trademarks in the metaverse.

 

The activities that will be included in the metaverse for the teams is a crypto wallet while in second phase more games will be included, with emphasis in Virtual Reality.

 

Obviously in the next steps, owning collectibles and NFTs will be offered through the respective platforms.

 

Both teams have partnered in the past with crypto companies either to issue NFT collectibles or to issue tickets in NFT form.
