Why Bitcoin is Falling ?

Bitcoin dropped again at 2021 levels, losing 2/3 of its value since its all-time high level. The overall recession couldn’t make cryptos an exemption, starting a downtrend over the last months.

The big sell-off started from American traders who saw macro data regarding inflation and the monetary policy that is expected to be followed from FED in the next months.

The correlation between cryptos and traditional markets is getting more intense over the last 2 months, giving more negative power in the crypto markets.

The last event that made the downfall even harder was the withdrawal freezing from Celsius, due to large volatility in the crypto prices.
