Mining Software from Norton Security
Nortonlifelock is one of the largest companies in the cybersecurity sector and its involvement in the crypto sector has been more intensive over the last years.
A couple days ago, the company launched a new product in the Norton 360 platform, Norton Crypto, that will allow every user to mine cryptocurrencies, from the existing Norton antivirus software.
When there is a successful mining, cryptocurrencies will be transferred in Norton Crypto, the digital wallet from Norton, which will be installed in every computer that buys the software. The specific service will be charged with 15 % fee over the successful mine, every time that the mined cryptocurrencies will be transferred in the client’s wallet.
It is worth noting that in the pilot testing of the program, only Ethereum was mined from the users.
