SEC views for Cryptos

In a recent interview, Gary Gensler, Head of US SEC, mentioned that all cryptos, except Bitcoin, should be characterized as securities and treated like that.

This separates Bitcoin from other cryptos and was considered as a commodity, similar to gold. This phrase may show what will be Bitcoin’s utilization that could be “implemented” in the future around cryptos and how they will be treated from regulators.

Even if this phrase made all Bitcoin maximalists to be distinguished from the large portion of cryptos, there are more to be done for crypto integration in the financial world.

The market clearance during the last bear market seems to be enough for removing all the bad agents and the strong players are getting at better positioning.
