SEC Intends to Sue Paxos

The US SEC intends to sue Paxos, which is well-known for issuing stablecoins. The most interesting projects are Pax Dollar (USDP) and Binance USD (BUSD).

The SEC has been out in the market regarding cryptos and more and more are expected to be rolled out in the next months. The real concern from the SEC is the fact that all those assets that are offered as non-registered securities.

The investors’ security is the first priority for SEC and for those reasons the investigations has started from many executives. Paxos has been already investigated from the Treasury Department of New York.

The new regulations in the crypto space are expected to bring new facts in their legal prospectives and how they will end up in the investor.
