Gucci Accepts Payments in Cryptos

One of the largest brands in high fashion, Gucci, starts to accept cryptos for its retail stores in North America. The cryptos that will be accepted for payment will be Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu.

In parallel, 5 more stablecoins pegged with US Dollar, will be accepted.

The experiment will start with 5 stores in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Atlanta and Las Vegas. This is not the first time that Gucci is trying to connect in the crypto world.

Already, it had created a metaverse room along with The Sandbox, offering a new experience in the fashion space while a new NFTs series around collectible items, with brand signature.
