Crypto Donations in Ukraine

Ukrainian government asked from people around the world to donate Bitcoins and Ethereum to finance its resistance. There is also a choice for Tether donations in wallets that are controlled from the Ukrainian government.

The total amount that was amounted in the first days, directed to Ukrainian government and NGOs that support Ukraine are over $17 million in cryptos.

The amount directly to government wallets is around $10 million, with 55 % of it at Bitcoin and 32 % of it in Ethereum.

The truth is that cryptos have changed field of application and they will a much more important role in the short-term future.
