Tony Hawk Creates Metaverse Game

Skateboard legend, Tony Hawk, announced that he will issue his metaverse game in The Sandbox, with Ethereum-based content in it.

The skatepark that will be built, will include 36 “pieces” in Sandbox, making it the largest virtual skatepark, until now. Along with the skatepark, a collection with 3D avatars, that will serve that collectible part of the project.

Many other celebrities like the NFL legend, Tom Brady, have participated in similar projects to increase their fan engagement and can make money with new ways.

Indeed, the first NFT from Tony Hawk will be the “First ever 900” in 1999 X Games, one of the most famous tricks, that made Hawk a skate idol.
